1. Delivery schedule varies between 3 to 10 day delivery depending on the destination city or town. In all major cities we can deliver within 3 to 7 business days. 

2. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours to 7 days of delivery / non-delivery.

3. The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

4. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Jaipur, India only.

5. If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also un-reachable on phone OR if no one is available to accept the delivery (when delivery attempt is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made.

However, Silverplanets.in or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site. The customer promises that the information provided to Silverplanets.in is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Silverplanets.in and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them Silverplanets.in may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
